About

I build systems and explain the seams.

I’m Xiao Ke, an independent developer interested in the layers where product ideas become engineering constraints.

My work spans AI systems, browser GPU computing, Rust, WebAssembly, and the infrastructure needed to ship small products reliably. I care about designs that can be measured, reproduced, and maintained after the first demo.

Why this site exists

xiaoke.dev is a public engineering notebook. It turns project work into durable technical articles: tutorials with runnable code, architecture decisions with explicit tradeoffs, and experiments with enough detail to reproduce.

The site is intentionally independent of social platforms and publishing systems. Markdown and source code live in Git; the public pages are static HTML.
